Terms and conditions for the provision of Perfect Hair Cancún Services.

This document specifies the terms and conditions, hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”, which will be applicable to the provision of services (“Services”) provided by Perfect Hair Cancún (“Perfect Hair”), in favor of the person identified in this document as the “Client”.

Definitions. For the purposes of this document, it will be understood as:

  • Service or Services: The medical and aesthetic services offered by Perfect Hair, which include, but are not limited to, hair micrografting, non-surgical aesthetic treatments, facials, as well as the sale of different products for aesthetic care.
    Notice and Privacy Policy: Physical and/or electronic document that establishes the way in which your data may be processed by Perfect Hair.
  • Assessment Format: Format containing the results of the assessment carried out by Perfect Hair staff for the contracted Services.
    Budget Sheet: Document issued by Perfect Hair, which details the Services that will be provided to the Client, as well as their cost, which will have a validity date of up to 30 days from its issuance.
  • Advance payment: the sum of money that the Client delivers partially and in advance, as part of the payment for the Services to be provided by Perfect Hair.
  • Procedure Date: The day agreed with the Client to carry out the Services contracted with Perfect Hair.
  • Informed Consent: Document that communicates to the Client the information related to the Services to be provided, including the benefits, risks, as well as other relevant related aspects.
  • Medical Prescription: Document issued by the Perfect Hair doctor which will include the instructions and prescriptions that the Client must comply with, either before or after the procedure.

 

The Budget Sheet, Terms and Conditions; and Informed Consent comprehensively constitute the Service Provision Contract between Perfect Hair and the Client.

 

Prior Assessment Required: The provision of the Services will require prior Assessment by Perfect Hair, which may be carried out in person at the Perfect Hair facilities, or via video call, at the Client’s choice. At this time, all information about the Services that you intend to request will be shared with the Client.

Cooperation: In order to adequately provide the Services contracted by the Client, the Client declares and undertakes to present all the information required by Perfect Hair, which must be true, current and clear. Likewise, the Client

states that he will carry out all the care indicated by Perfect Hair, before and after the provision of the Services, as well as attending the consultations scheduled for follow-up.

Regarding the Provision of Services: The Client states that they are aware that the Services will be provided by trained medical and/or aesthetic personnel. Likewise, accepted and authorized through Informed Consent the performance of the Services by the professional assigned by Perfect Hair.

Product Refund and Delivery Policy: The Client agrees that, once the Services have been provided, no total or partial refund of their Payment will be made, either by Perfect Hair or its staff. In the case of purchasing products, once payment is confirmed, Perfect Hair will deliver them to the Client.

Payment and Advances: In order to agree on the Procedure Date, the Client may make full payment for the contracted Service, or, where appropriate, may make a partial payment (“Advance”), which must be at least equivalent to the 10% (ten percent) of the total cost of the Services, in this case, the Client undertakes to pay the remaining amount on the Procedure Date, before the provision of the Services. Payment, both in full and the Advance, can be made in cash within the Perfect Hair facilities; via credit or debit card; or by bank transfer.

In this case, the Client is obliged to send proof of the transfer to Perfect Hair via email [email protected] or via WhatsApp.

Regarding the Advance Payment, the Client agrees and accepts that they will have a period of up to 90 (ninety) calendar days to establish the Date of the Procedure and carry out the provision of the Services and full payment thereof, otherwise After the aforementioned period, the Client accepts and agrees that he/she will not be able to request reimbursement of the Advance Payment(s) made.

Billing: If the Client requires an invoice, they must indicate their correct, current and sufficient tax information for the issuance of the same, which may not be later than 30 days after payment of the Services.

Result: The Client declares and accepts that the results may vary taking into account various factors, such as genetic and medical conditions, as well as those associated with subsequent care and treatment carried out by the client. By

the above, Perfect Hair cannot guarantee results, manifested and accepted by the Client through Informed Consent.

Return Policy: The Client may cancel or modify the programming of the contracted Service, as long as they notify Perfect Hair 7 (seven) business days prior to the Procedure Date. The Client accepts and acknowledges that, if they decide to cancel the Service, Perfect Hair will penalize an amount equivalent to 20% (twenty percent) of the total amount paid up to the time of the request, for administrative expenses, procedures, purchase of material, among others. Regarding the amount that may be returned to the Client, it will be appropriate only within the following 30 calendar days from the date of total or partial payment. If the request is not made within the aforementioned term, the Client agrees. I agree that Perfect Hair will not be able to make a monetary refund. After the 30-day period, Perefect Hair may only offer the Client an exchange for another product or Service.

For the return process, the Client must contact Perfect Hair at the following email address: [email protected], since Perfect Hair will not respond to requests made by other means. If applicable and comply with the aforementioned requirements, Perefect Hair will send the Client a Return Form to be duly filled out and requested. Once returned the

Form duly filled out and signed by the Client, Perfect Hair will have 30 business days to complete the process.

Likewise, the Client accepts and agrees that, in the event of cancellation, the bank commissions that have already been accrued by the banking institutions cannot be returned to the Client.

Banking Commissions: Refers to the commission applicable for using a banking terminal, which will be equivalent to 4.5% of the total payment for the Services made through this means. In the case of payments made in interest-free installments (“interest-free months”), in addition to the commission for terminal use, the amount corresponding to 12% (twelve percent) will be withheld on purchases over 12 (twelve) months without interest. and 6% (six percent) for purchases made within 6 (six) months without interest.

Products: The Client agrees to review the product purchased from Perfect Hair, since once the products are removed from the facilities, they cannot be changed or returned.

Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction: For the interpretation, compliance, and execution of this agreement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the authorities of Mexico City, expressly waiving and from this moment on any other that by reason of their present or future domicile may correspond to you.
