I decided to work with Perfect Hair after one conversation with Dr. Scarlet Soto. She instilled confidence immediately during our screening video call on WhatsApp and I knew I didn't have to search any further! Robyn (client service), took care of all the details for the call and screening procedures. Dr. Scarlet was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, explaining the game plan, and of course she listened to my concerns setting them all at ease. After reviewing the pictures I provided, and then the video visit, she assured me she was going to do what was necessary to achieve the results I wanted. I booked an international flight and Robyn took care of reserving a room at the Hive hotel for my partner and I. Our flight to Cancun was easy, and immigration was non-eventful. We were met by Robyn at the airport, made a brief visit to Perfect Hair offices to meet Dr. Scarlet, then to the hotel. We spent the next day off in Isla Mujeres via ferry! What a nice day on the beach, MX is beautiful. The next day the procedure was amazingly simple, pain free, and casual. Some blood was extracted for a PRP procedure performed during implant. The back of my head was shaved and then the FUE extraction took place after the numbing agent took effect. I fell asleep during the extraction! The Dr. and her medical assistant woke me up to have lunch! After lunch we did the implants! The DHI process is amazing, I watched the procedure as I filmed it with my phone. The implant took the rest of the day. I think we finished and I was escorted by Robyn back to the hotel at 6:30pm. I had a check up the next day and was given instructions again for further care. The next day Robyn took us back to the airport and we departed ways. I have checked in every month (being patient) and taken photos to show progress. I am now 4 months out from the implant procedure and my hair is coming in really well. It's through the shedding phase and quickly taking the shape I desired and Dr. Scarlet promised.. My hair is just amazing now. I cannot wait for the 8th month mark, and then my full results in the near future.This decision and my results were such a blessing! Perfect Hair is the best! I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone. Dr. Scarlet said she loves hair and helping people—believe her. And me.

I had a HT at perfect hair about two months ago and my experience so far was wonderful. The staff is amazing and helpful and walked me thru the process… the transportation to and from appointments was a lifesaver. I felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. I can’t post anything about results yet but I definitely will once it starts growing in. All I can say so far is I felt hesitant coming to Mexico for this but Robyn and Dr. Scarlet made me feel very safe and left me with no regrets booking this in Mexico and with Perfect Hair.

Everyone at Perfect Hair was fantastic. I recently underwent the hair replacement and it looks great. Dr. Scarlett did a masterful job making the hair look totally natural with perfect spacing and direction. Robyn was very helpful with the logistics, picking us up from the airport, hotel, everything. Two weeks ago I had the procedure at Perfect, and everything was great; the procedure, logistics and recovery were been made as comfortable as possible. The team handled my ground logistics from hotel, airport and ground transport smoothly and with a commitment to clear communication. The actual procedure was FAR easier than I expected, and it has been pretty pain-free from beginning to end. I am rather afraid of needles, so that's really saying something! Healing has been going wonderfully, and I am really looking forward to enjoying the results in future.I sincerely wish that EVERYONE who would benefit from a transplant could get work done by Dr. Scarlett and her team at Perfect Hair Cancun.
